POLICY

• Return is not accepted unless the item received is wrong item or the product expired or will expire within 3 month.
  
• Returned items must me exact items ordered from TranPharma, unused and unopened with seal intact.
  
• Return must be requested within 30 days of order date.
  
• No cancellation available after items have been shipped.
  
• We are not responsible to change shipping address nor to replace new item(s) for wrong address provided by purchaser.
• ​For unclaimed/returned package shipped Internationally, we will issue a refund for the returned items less shipping fees ($6) and return shipping fee ($12) for standard shipping and actual shipping costs for EXPRESS Shipping (always much higher than charged).
